Terms of service

Right after your order is placed , your tracking shipping is printed and emailed to your email, this DOES NOT mean your order has shipped that day. That means your order has began processing ; Once your order has been processed it will now head to the post office which can take 1-3 business days for them to update and scan. 

All products are handmade in the order received. Processing times for all packages is 3-5 Business Days. Business days do not include weekends, Holidays, Federal or Personal Holidays. Processing times can be extended due to high volume of orders , sales and backorder inventory!

Once you receive a tracking number , this means your order is being processed and handcrafted especially for you!

Shipping and Billing address must match.

All customer service responses will be responded to within 2-3 business days. When checking out you agree to ALL terms!

 Katrina Monae & Co. is not responsible for delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen items once your package has been shipped out. If there is an issue with your package please contact your mail carrier.
